   guidance only.
   • While we take care to ensure accuracy, colours, finishes and details
   may vary slightly due to screen displays or manufacturing updates.

4. Vehicle Compatibility
   It is your responsibility to ensure that:
   • Your vehicle and roof rack system are suitable for the rooftop tent
   purchased.
   • Your vehicle’s dynamic and static roof load limits are not exceeded.
   • Roof bars and fitting systems are installed correctly and are compatible
   with the tent.
   Campincar accepts no liability for damage caused by incorrect installation,
   unsuitable vehicles, or exceeding manufacturer weight limits.

5. Prices and Payment
   • All prices are shown in GBP (£).
   • Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
   • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
   • Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched.

6. Orders and Order Confirmation
   • Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of
   your order.
   • This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
   • Your order is accepted only once we dispatch the goods and send a
   dispatch confirmation email.

7. Delivery
   • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.
   • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather
   conditions, or events outside our control.
   • You must inspect goods upon delivery and notify us of any damage
   within 48 hours.

8. Returns & Right to Cancel (Consumer Rights)
   Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your
   order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
   To be eligible for a return:
   • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
   • You must notify us in writing within the 14-day period.
   • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the
   item is faulty.
   Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

9. Faulty or Damaged Goods
   If a product is faulty or damaged:
   • You must notify us as soon as reasonably possible.
   • We may offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer
   Rights Act 2015.
   • Normal wear and tear, misuse, incorrect installation, or modifications are
   not covered.

    Rooftop tents must be installed and used in accordance with:
    • Manufacturer instructions
    • Vehicle manufacturer guidelines
    • Roof rack manufacturer limits
    Campincar is not responsible for:
    • Injury, loss, or damage arising from incorrect use or installation
    • Damage to vehicles or property caused by improper fitting

13. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Campincar shall not be liable for:
